At First Alliance Church, we are honored to be one of the Christian and Missionary Alliance’s facilitators of a Greenhouse leadership development center. We have a 24-month residency program designed around career, ministry self-development, and discovery through the eyes of Jesus. We walk with these residents through weekly mentor meetings, 10 hours a week of ministry placement shadowing, 24 different monthly texts, and a yearly personal project.

We are committed to raising up the next generation of leaders, and this is one of the ways as a church we steward that responsibility. We are excited for the next generation of leaders that the body of Christ will learn and glean wisdom from.
