In Case You Missed It

This past Sunday our Lead Pastor Paul Smith shared that we are holding our Easter service at Dunbar High School this year!
We will have one main service April 20 at 10:30am (with Children’s Ministry birth through kindergarten). There will be an identical pre-service at 8:15am specifically for all Easter volunteers and their families, as well as those with mobility issues or sensory challenges.
To hear more about the vision for this, check out this clip from Pastor Paul’s message. More information will be released as we get closer to Easter.
Congratulations to everyone who was baptized last Sunday!
If you missed any of their baptisms, you can replay them here.

Staffing Update
We are pleased to announce that Virginia McNutt will become the Interim Director of Women’s Ministry beginning March 1. Virginia has faithfully served in the second chair in both administrative and leadership capacity for Women’s Ministry the last few years. Virginia is a hard worker, team player, ministry strategist, and godly leader.
With Virginia’s move from administration to Interim Director, the part-time Administrative Assistant position for Women’s Ministry will be filled by Liz Barber. Liz comes with years of church staff experience in various ministries. You may recognize her from our Sunday worship team and Women’s Ministry Fall Kick Off worship team. We appreciate Liz’s heart for the Church, her gentle spirit, her gifts of administration, and her leadership of volunteer teams.
Heather Smith will continue to give intentional visionary oversight to Women’s Ministry in her position of Associate Executive Pastor of Communications, Ministry, and Development. We thank Heather and Virginia for their hard work these last 10 months and continue to believe God for great things in and through Women’s Ministry!
