Prayer and Pushback

Are you comfortable to voice your true feelings and concerns to God in prayer?
When have you felt like you were daring in prayer? When have you taken a risk with God in prayer?
Describe a time when God seemed silent in prayer. What did you experience? What did you learn from that? How did you grow from it?
When life is crushing us, we can be tempted to pull away from God. The experience of Christian community and trusted friendships can be an anchor. How could our life group operate more like this? How could we be an encouragement to one another to keep praying, even when we are tempted to quit?
Do you think you have ever wrestled with God in prayer?
What do you need to be contending for in prayer right now? Is there a person in your life that you could fight for and stand with in intercession?
