Join us for one of our services this Sunday at 8:30, 10:00, or 11:30! Click here to register for one of our in-person services. If you haven’t seen it, make sure you check out our Welcome Home video to see what to expect when you return.
Nursery, preschool, and grades 1-4 meet during the 10:00 service. Middle and high school ministries meet at 10:00 and 11:30. Go here to register for these services! If you are registering students, we recommend that you register them for their group first and then register for the main service.
We will be joining together for worship with those at home by livestreaming all our services on faclex.tv. You can visit our website and click on the faclex.tv button, or you can type faclex.tv into your browser and go.
If you aren’t able to watch a service live, visit the Weekly Services section of our website to watch anytime after 1pm on Sunday.
Due to the Governor’s executive order, we ask that everyone wear masks to all three of our Sunday services. Thank you!
Prayer Night is coming up Monday, September 14. It will be held in-person in the Sanctuary from 6:45–7:45pm. There is no need to register if you plan to come.
We will be using the same safety standards as we do on Sunday morning for our services:
- The Atrium will be closed for visiting and any conversations will need to happen in the parking lot.
- The seating will be set like Sunday morning (socially distanced) and we ask that you sit with members of your household only.
- Masks are mandatory. There will be hygiene stations with hand sanitizer and masks for you if you need one.
We will not be livestreaming this event, as attendees praying from their seats would not be audible for those at home. If you are unable to join us in person, please take some time to pray from home!
The fall quarter officially kicks off this coming week! Still wondering how to get plugged in? Here’s an overview of what you can find on our dedicated Ministry Fair webpage:
- Virtual Ministry Fair – watch the full video or the parts that are most interesting to you
- New to FAC?
- Our newest edition of Engage Magazine
- A helpful printout for committing to an expression of UP, IN, and OUT
- Paul, T, and Zach’s message from Sunday, August 16
Take time to pray and then commit to the best fit of UP, IN and OUT for you!
New Men’s Small Groups: Reframing the Faith
Join us for our new men’s small group offering called “Reframing the Faith.” This offering has as its goal to get men to think through some of their deeply held beliefs regarding their identity, the Gospel, God’s character, whether or not they are truly experiencing freedom in Christ, etc. We will be exploring these topics in a 10-15 minute large group setting and then break into smaller groups of 5-6 to answer questions aimed at getting you to share where you are at on these issues. If you already have a group of 5-6 (or smaller) that you meet with, you can walk through this 6-part event together, we will ensure that you are in the same breakout group. It will be Zoom-based and will begin on Monday, September 21 at 8pm, with each weekly session lasting an hour. We would love for you to join us. Contact T Wright if you are interested.
Light Through Leggings
Ladies, let’s join together in providing leggings for our sisters at Natalie’s Sisters. Starting this Sunday, September 13, we will be collecting slightly used or new leggings in our collection bin in the coat closet. Please drop them off on Sunday mornings or contact the office to arrange a contact free drop off at the church porch.
Serve with Next Gen Ministries
We are so excited to have reopened our Next Gen spaces! We continue to be in need of preschool teachers, nursery volunteers, and middle school small group leaders. Please take some time to prayerfully consider serving with the kids and students of FAC.
Cleaning Team Needs
We are in need of more people to serve on our cleaning teams! If you would be willing to join the team on Sunday mornings during and after services go to our website and let us know. We will be in touch with you to find the Sundays and service time that works best for you.
We have praise packs available on Sunday mornings for kids who are attending in-person main services to help them stay engaged. Be sure to grab them on your way into the sanctuary.
We also have a playlist of our Sunday worship songs available on Spotify so you can teach your kids the songs in advance.
